摘要
In this work, a software to perform data acquisition and processing in routine analysis, employing flow injection technique was developed, It was written in Quick BASIC 4.5 and can be run with a 386/486 microcomputer, Employing an analog to digital interface, the microcomputer can follow the signal generated by the spectrophotometer, verify the reproducibility of the replicates and refuse data when its variation was higher than the value previously established. Once the data had been calculated, the analytical report was printed. The feasibility was ascertained by determining chloride in waters by spectrophotometry. By applying paired t-test with the obtained data employing the usual flow procedure, no significant difference at level of 95% probability was observed. Other profitable features such as a throughput of 160 determinations per hour and a reagent consumption of 100 mu l per determination were also achieved.
