摘要：

The components of translation meta-cognition monitoring of professional translators and master translators were compared. By means of factor analysis, the correlation between translation competence and meta-cognitive monitoring of translators was revealed. Based on the results of the analysis, there was a gap between postgraduate translators and professional translators in terms of translation memory, translation purpose, and translation motivation and translation process. The research indicates that there are correlations between translation ability and five meta-cognitive monitoring factors of professional translators. Translation ability and self-evaluation of postgraduate translators, plan in advance and intention evaluation are positively correlated.
