摘要
The progress made in the real-time mass spectrometry for a direct investigation of the chemical composition of various matrices are described. One of the best-established real-time mass spectrometric techniques for the measurement of volatile organic compounds in gaseous or liquid matrices is membrane-introduction mass spectrometry (MIMS). A more direct approach to the investigation of gaseous samples by real-time mass spectrometry is based on chemical ionization schemes (CI). Resonance-enhanced multiphoton ionization-time-of-flight (REMPI-TOF) technique is a highly selective and sensitive technique, which can be pushed to an excellent time resolution for real-time measurements.
