摘要
with rapid development of information technology, BIM technology has been increasingly applied to various fields. In the new age, building industry has also welcomed its new development stage. Under the background of ecological economy, features of low pollution and low consumption are becoming even more important, so concept of green building has gradually highlighted its significance. Green building, a new concept of building industry development in the new age, focuses on protection of ecological environment and harmonious coexistence between human and nature, and this concept can be realized only by depending on development of high and new technology. Right in this stage, BIM technology has provided a technical guarantee for the concept of green building. A brief introduction of BIM technology and green building was given in this paper and application of BIM technology in scheme design of green building was studied, expecting to continuously polarize practical use of green buildings in life and striving to build a comfortable environment in which human and nature live in harmony.
