摘要
This paper gives an introduction to Vulnerability Assessment Methodology for Petrochemical Plant (VAM-PP). The prototype VAM-PP is a tool intended to provide a systematic, risk-based approach to assessing security at PPs based upon potential threats and vulnerabilities, the probability of a successful attack occurring, and the severity of consequences resulting from a successful attack. Finally compared with traditional method, the results show that the model is more scientific than traditional method.
