摘要
In the carried out experiment, the effect of treating water used to germinate 3 samples of lettuce seeds (Lactuca sativa L.) with magnetic disc ADR-4 was investigated. Treating the seeds for 30 minutes did affect their germination. In the case of the first sample (I) with worst germination, the energy of germination improved from 74.83 to 90.67%, mainly thanks to lowering the number of the deformed seedlings: from 4% to 0.33%. In the two other samples (II and II) such effect was not found. However, the water treated with the ADR4 disc did improve the seeds' vigour, mostly by shortening T-50 in the sample I from 1.60 day to 0.70 day, in the sample II - from 1.53 to 0.67 day and in the III sample - from 1.27 to 0.70 day. In the samples tested also their T-25 was shortened in the samples I, II and III from 0.84 to 0.27 day, from 0.73 to 0.33 day and from 0.67 to 0.27 day, respectively. The water treated with the disc ADR-4 did not affect germination capacity, diseased seedlings, dead seeds and G(max) in any of the tested samples.
