摘要
In this paper, the current research progress of mechanical properties of sintered metallic porous materials in functional applications and basic structural theory was reviewed. Among them, the research on functional materials includes how energy absorption materials, biological materials and filter materials resolve the mechanical questions in their respective functional applications. While, the research on basic structural theory includes how the density, porosity and pore structure influence elastic modulus, yield strength and fatigue limit.
