摘要
Blue Economy is not only an economic pattern, but also a new economic model of development. Essentially, it should be eco logical economy first. The protection of ecological environment is the foundation of Blue Economy development. During the construction of Blue Economy Area in Shandong Peninsula, Yantai still faces severe challenges in developing Blue Economy and should further innovative technology, transforming economic development and assemble talents of environment protect in, thus promoting the innovation and industrialization of techniques for environment protection in Yantai.
