摘要
Objective To investigate the civil servants in Hebei province social sense of responsibility and the relationship between job burnout. Methods 1550 civil servants in Hebei province were investigated by the social responsibility questionnaire and job burnout inventory (CMBI). Results (1) Civil servants in Hebei province as a whole is moderate job burnout. (2) Emotional exhaustion scores and negatively correlated with social responsibility score (r = 0.575, P < 0.01), and a sense of accomplishment lower score and negatively correlated with social responsibility also scored (r = 0.616, P < 0.01). Regression analysis showed that the emotional exhaustion and achievement reduce social sense of responsibility for public office personnel have good prediction effect, can explain both social responsibility, 61.9% of the variance of the regression equation of mental health is: public officials social responsibility = 0.296 * emotional exhaustion scores + 0.033 * achievement lower scores. Conclusion The job burnout of civil servants have an impact on its social responsibility.
