Because of the limitations of the existed achievement, the paper attempts to develop a new method for marketing risk early warning based on BP network. The method has 4 steps, i.e. setting up an index system used in marketing risk early warning, structuring the marketing risk early warning model based on BP network, training and measuring the model. The application of it in an enterprise shows that it has better prospects on the aspects of judging by the marketing risk state of the enterprise, analyzing the composition of marketing risk of the enterprise, and proposing the countermeasures of the enterprise's evading marketing risk.
