摘要
An experimental study was undertaken in order to determine, using differential thermal analysis (DTA), the liquidus and solidus temperatures of several titanium alloys of industrial interest (Ti-6-4, beta -Cez, Ti17 and TD5AC). The measured solidification interval of beta -Cez is about 60 K, compared to 20 to 25 K for the other alloys studied. The contamination in liquid phase of the sample by the molybdenum crucible leads to an uncertainty on the determined liquidus temperature. The values obtained can however be used advantageously as data for simulation models for the elaboration processes of titanium alloys.
