摘要
Recently, the young teachers' career development in the university has become more important increasingly, and more and more attentions have been paid by all walks of life both at home and abroad. Firstly, this paper makes an analysis of the connotation of young teachers' career development in the university, then explores the problems. Finally, researching points and solutions are put forward.
