摘要：

This study is devoted to the role of the Sino-Russian dialogue of cultures on the state of the complex of political and economic relations between the two countries, which are at the stage of comprehensive partnership and strategic interaction. The article touches upon the problem of the theory and practice of the dialogue of cultures in the modern world. The authors note that culture is the connecting link of the entire nation, it is also the basis for establishing strong ties with foreign policy partners. In this regard, the Chinese concept of a "harmonious society" is considered, which is based on the values of justice, humanity, and mutual respect.
