摘要
Objective: Based on analysis of previous randomized controlled trials(RCTs), to assess the interference effect of exercise therapy on adolescent obese. Methods: Literatures before January 2011 were identified from the PubMed, EMBASE, Highwire and CNKI databases and quality was assessmented. Meta-analysis of the obtained related data was completed utilizing comprehensive meta-analysis (CMA) version-2 software. Results: Thirteen original literatures enrolled in meta study and a random effects model was selected to measure the sedentary intervention differences between control and experimental groups. It's showed that the average treatment effect size for all sedentary behaviour intervention studies was small(g=-0.274,SE=0.058,95%CI=(-0.472 similar to-0.068)). Homogeneity statistics revealed that there was a moderate level heterogeneous distribution(Q=39.54, I2=57.43). A subset analysis was performed Community interventions ( g=-0.543,SE=0.240,95%CI=(-1.33 similar to-0.292)) and more than 9 months interventions showed a moderate effect. Conclusion: Interference of exercise therapy has certain effect on adolescent obese. Community interventions and more than 9 months intervention would brought out obvious effects.
