摘要
The paper deals with the design of SMO for a class of nonlinear uncertain time delay system. In which, the nonlinearities satisfies the Lipschitz condition, the time delay is varied and bounded and the uncertainty is increased. After design, this SMO is able to give a robust state estimation. Also, our intent isto combine the SMO concept with Lyaponov-Krasovski approach to reconstruct the actuator fault with LMI optimization. Numerical example is provided to illustrate the proposed methods.
