摘要
Power conversion efficiencies (PCEs) of perovskite solar cells (PSCs) have surged unprecedently to exceeding 23.3% within few years of research. Stability of PSCs still remains the matter of concern. Here, we present an elegant, simple and facile way of enhancing the efficiency and moisture stability of PSCs through interface engineering using poly(3-hexylthiophene-2,5-diy1) - 2D molybdenum disulfide (P3HT-MoS2) nanohybrid. The incorporation of the new hole transporting material (HTM) results into drastic (41%) efficiency enhancement through efficient charge extraction. P3HT-MoS2 interface layer provides much better device stability than that of P3HT. Nonetheless, our results reveal that degradation induced traps are responsible for the reduction of photocurrent and hence the device performance.
