摘要：

The intellectual capital of the enterprises is the key competitiveness and the ratio of the value of intellectual capital to the total value of enterprises is higher and higher. Facing the shortage of the methods existing, on the base of deep analysis on the value of the intellectual capital of enterprises, this paper combines supply value and demand value and puts forward a new method ("Synthetical Value Method") to measure the value of the intellectual capital of enterprises.
