摘要:
We report the use of shaped ultra-short pulses to induce coherent effects in a 1.5. m InAs/InP quantum dot optical amplifier operating at room-temperature. A controllable chirp enables to enhance or diminish Rabi oscillations within the amplifier. Detailed simulations and experimental confirmations were demonstrated.
