摘要
The temperature and composition dependences of an electrical conductivity, thermoelectric power, carrier concentration and mobility for CdS1-xSex thin films have been examined. The low temperature conductivity is governed by a variable range hopping conduction whereas a grain boundary limited conduction mechanism is predominant at high temperatures. A decrease in conductivity with an increase in x has been observed upto x=0.5 whereas the conductivity increases with x thereafter. The observed electrical conduction is of the n-type.
