On the propagation speed of excitation waves

摘要：
We show that the propagation speed in the singular limit (with no recovery processes) is a homogeneous function of the order 1/2 with respect to the "intensive" shape parameters of the I-V curve and derive appropriate general scaling laws. We also introduce a new simple iterative procedure for solving the nonlinear eigenvalue problem.
