摘要：

The crystal structure of the ternary CuIn7Se11 compound formed in the Cu2Se-In2Se3 system was investigated using X-ray powder diffraction (space group P3m 1, a = 0.40263(2) nm, b = 1.62992(7) nm). Atomic parameters were refined in the isotropic approximation (R-1 = 0.0794). (C) 2004 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
