摘要:
We have developed a new method to measure the hydraulic conductivity of cell membrane (L-p), based on the principle that two liquids flow in laminar flow though relatively narrow space. The developed method has advantages that a number of required cell sample is only one. and accurate measurement can be made as compare with the conventional method.
