摘要
We demonstrate, for the first time with a DFB-MZM at 1550 rim, 100-GBd NRZ and PAM4 transmission over up to 1.2 km due to close-to-zero chirp. At 100-GBd PAM4, the DFBMZM consumed only 0.85 pJ/bit.
