摘要
It is with modernity that competitive injuries have emerged. If the need to specify its contours appeared very early, it is only recently that the legislator intervened to provide, in the Code de commerce, a self-contained set of rules for certain anti-competitive acts. This study is therefore an opportunity to review the way in which, in French law, the judge compensates these injuries, which are sometimes very difficult to apprehend.
