Promoting financing of cleaner production investments - UNEP experience

The article provides a summary of a recently completed study by UNEP/DTIE on past investment practices in cleaner production. It also provides a brief on the conclusions and recommendations of the debate that culminated at the parallel session on financing issues at the 6th International High-Level Seminar on CP, held in Montreal in October 2000.
