摘要
In this paper, we present a digital fingerprinting approach for relational databases copyright protection based on third party certificate authority. The algorithm construct digital fingerprinting structure of the databases by equally distributed extract the most important bit pattern from databases and combine the fingerprinting index computed by primary key and private key. Digital fingerprinting will be submitted to the copyright protection institution, the database owner can obtain evidence by comparative analysis when piracy was found. By theoretical analysis and experimentation, the algorithm prove to be more robust than the watermark algorithm;Saving digital fingerprinting instead of inserting, the original data can not be destroyed and have no use for discriminate attribute types; it also can avoids vicious copyright declare by the third party certificate authority.
