摘要
During high-speed deformation inhomogeneities in the local distribution of plastic strain arise due to the dynamic character of the loading process. The occurrence of these inhomogeneities is studied for the case of the high-speed compression test with a ballistic plastometer. Local strain fields are determined experimentally with the method of visioplasticity using a fibre composite material and investigated complementarily by finite element simulations of the entire loading process.
