摘要
The SnO2-doped Cu2O has been produced in aqueous solution using hydrazine as the reducing agent. Techniques such as X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and UV-vis spectroscopy were used to comprehend the relation between structure and properties of the SnO2-doped Cu2O. The effects of SnO2 insertion on the Cu2O photo-catalytic activity for the degradation of trifluralin were reported here. The results show that SnO2-doping can greatly enhance catalytic activity of Cu2O nanocrystals. (C) 2010 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
