摘要
Chemical diffusion coefficient in the L1(2) ordered compound Ir3Nb has been measured by single-phase interdiffusion experiments in the temperature range from 1750 to 1950degreesC. The diffusion coefficient is described by the pre-exponential factor of 10(-5.3+/-1.1) m(2)s(-1) and the activation energy of 4.83 +/- 0.44eV, (C) 2004 Acta Materialia Inc. Published by Elsevier Ltd.
