摘要
Status of the (Lu-x-Y1-x)AlO3: Ce (LuYAP) scintillation crystal production is described. This scintillation crystal with 70% Lu content in (Lu-Y) system is a good choice for positron emission tomography and extreme applications such as well logging due to the good combination of scintillation, mechanical and chemical properties.
