Hydrothermal synthesis and crystal structure of a novel hexacapped Keggin-type molybdovanadoarsenate (H3O)3 [AsMo12O40(VO)6] • 6H2O

摘要
A novel molybdovanadoarsenate(H3O)(3)[AsMo12O40(VO)(6)].6H(2)O has been hydrothermally synthesized and structurally characterized by elemental analyses, cerimetric titration,' EPR, and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The compound crystallizes in the tiriclinic: system, space group P (1) over bar with a = 1. 262 9(3) nm, b = 1. 263 5(3) nm, c = 1. 767 2(4) rim, alpha = 91.01(3)degrees, beta = 89.98(3)degrees, gamma = 90.00(3)degrees, V = 2. 819 8 (10) nm(3), Z = 2, R, = 0.045 5 , wR(2) = 0.178 8. The polyokoanion exhibits a hexacapped alpha-Keggin-type structure, in which six WOO square pyramids were distributed on the surface of {AsMo12O40} unit and made the bridge-oxygen (O-b, O-c) atoms of the alpha-Keggin-type polyoxoanion occupied.
