摘要：

The study discusses the civil liability to the damage which is in the mission of the Jordanian universities under existing online education technology whereas it new and has appeared in coincidence with virus corona covid19 in which the most worlds countries imposed it on the social spacing in order to protect the university staff and students. The study also discusses statement provisions of this liability whereas the Jordanian legislator doesn't mention it and it doesn't mention its impacts. sheds the positives, negatives and damages which resulted by online education whereas as well as the liability that represents in the damage and contractual damages. This study has been divided into three main topics, the statement of online education, the statement of the liability and kinds and the statement of the impact on the labiality investigation to the on line education damage. This study concluded to the damage resulted by the online education as modern university path on the set of the results and recommendations hoping achieve key value to the specialists studies in this field.
