摘要：

This report describes a case of a vein of Galen aneurysm. A 6-month-old baby with a slight head injury was referred to our hospital. CT scans and MR images demonstrated a vein of Galen aneurysm. Left carotid angiogram showed a vein of Galen aneurysm with a large feeding artery from the posterior cerebral artery. Transarterial embolization was performed using Galen coils and Interlocking Detachable Coils. Angiograms after the second embolization revealed complete occlusion of the aneurysm and postoperative coure was uneventful.
