Resonance Rayleigh Scattering of Palladium(II)-tartrazine-ionic Liquid System and Its Analytical Application

摘要
In pH 2.0 similar to 6.0 Britton-Robinson solution, palladium(II) was reacted with tartrazine to form a complex anion, which was further reacted with ionic liquid to form an anion-association complex, resulting in the change of the resonance Rayleigh scattering (RRS), and its maximum RRS peak was located at 458 nm. The RRS intensity is proportional to the concentration of tartrazine in the range of 0.043 similar to 0.860 mu g/mL. The method shows high sensitivity and good selectivity, with the detection limit for tartrazine being 5.5 ng/mL (n=11). The method can be applied to the determination of tartrazine in beverage.
