摘要：

Mercuration of 1,3,3-trimethyl-2-methyleneindoline with mercury acetate and trifluoroacetate gave, depending on the molar ratio of the reactants, 5-mercurio-substituled and 2,5-dimercurio-substituted indolines. The mercury salts do not add to the methylene double bend. The reactivity of the resulting mercurated compounds toward hydrochloric acid, calcium chloride, potassium iodide, bromine, and symmetrizing agents (pyridine and ammonia) was studied.
