摘要：

This paper presents a new ultra wideband bandpass filter which is implemented using defected microstrip structures (DMS). This wideband bandpass filter consists of a cascade connection of new bandpass DMS resonators. Transmission line model for proposed resonator is introduced, and detailed analysis using method of lines is investigated. Properly selected impedances of transmission lines achieve broadband filter. The theoretically predicted performance is in good agreement with experimental results.
