摘要
Due to the advancement of technology, the life of the product is prolonged. The collection of the product lifetime with right-censored data is helpful to reduce cost and time. It is easy to make control chart occurring large false alarm rate. The development of EWMA conditional expected value (CEV) Xbar control chart can signal the mean lifetime reducing with right-censored data. In practical reliability life testing, the testing unit may fail due to other failure modes, this failure unit must be removed from this reliability life testing. This kind of data is called multiple censored data. This study presents the performance of EWMA CEV Xbar control chart with multiple censored data and shows its good ability in signaling the mean lifetime variation.
