摘要
A quantitative method for the reduction of disulfides, which uses a totally recyclable solid phase supported reducing agent, is reported. D,L-alpha-Lipoic acid was quantitatively condensed on a highly stable 100% PEG Aminomethyl-ChemMatrix (R) resin that can swell in aqueous media as well as in organic solvents. Lipoic residue, subsequently reduced to its dihydrolipoyl form, was utilized as a reducing agent for highly valuable disulfide compounds. (C) 2010 Elsevier Ltd. All rights reserved.
