摘要：
The new evidence from mega-trials on the treatment of hypertension with Converting Enzyme Inhibitors (ECA-I), supports the concept that these are drugs of first choice in hypertensive patients, particularly if they are in the high risk groups, or suffer from Congestive Heart Failure, micro or macro-albuminuria or diabetes mellitus.
