摘要
The paper investigates state support policy to promote renewable energy development in Ukraine's household sector. The key economic mechanisms aimed at encouraging electricity generation from renewable energy resources are described. The impact of state support policy on deployment of small renewable energy plants in household sector is analyzed. The main shortcomings of legislation and barriers towards large-scale installation of small renewable energy power plants by households are outlined. The recommendations to eliminate a number of organizational and economic obstacles that slow down this sector development are given.
