摘要：
The construction of teaching staff in teaching-oriented colleges and universities is of great significance. In this paper, the construction of teaching staff in teaching colleges and universities was analyzed. Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and the main content of the two factor theory were mainly introduced. At the same time, the content and the research methods of the construction of teaching staff in teaching-oriented colleges were expounded. Finally, the results were analyzed and discussed. The results show that the construction of teaching staff in universities should take full account of the educational background and title structure of teaching staff and provide a favorable direction for the future research of teaching staff construction.
