摘要
Small angle X-ray scattering (SAXS) studies were performed on two types of metallic materials: Al-1.6 at.%Ag alloy and electrodeposited metals that give different scattering effect. The stability of Guinier-Preston zones in Al- 1.6 at.%Ag alloy samples stored for 25 years at room temperature was tested. The radii of gyration and profiles of size distribution of Guinier-Preston zones for samples aged 25 years ago and prepared now were compared. Good stability of Guinier-Preston zones both in eta- and epsilon-states was found in the stored alloy samples. SAXS method was also applied for comparison of pore structure of pure metal (Cu foils) and alloys (Ni-Mo) electrodeposited at galvanostatic conditions. The pore structure of the electrodeposited metals can be of pore fractality type. The increase of current density has a different influence on the pore structure of Cu foils and of Ni-Mo alloys.
