摘要
Linkage relationships among allozyme loci in asparagus were investigated to establish the basis for constructing a combined high density genetic map. Linkage assignments provided evidence for the existence of three pairs of linked gene loci, Aat-1/Mdh-1 (recombination fraction, R=0.22 +/- 0.04), Aat-3/1dh-1 (R=0.17 +/- 0.05) and Pgm-1/Skdh-1 (R=0.06 +/- 0.04). The remaining nine of 12 pairs of loci were independent of each other.
