摘要
A diode-pumped, high power Nd:YAG ceramic laser was developed by using a diffusive ceramic reflector as an optical pump cavity. An average laser output power of 542 W was obtained with a corresponding optical-to-optical efficiency of 39.5 %. The design parameters and the laser properties of the ceramic laser module are described, and the thermal effects on the laser output power were measured and analyzed.
