摘要：
Semisolid Palcam medium has been tested for isolation of Listeria spp. For this purpose one enrichment broth is compared with Palcam Broth. he most favourable results have been obtained by the utilisation of enrichment Palcam Broth and semisolid Palcam agar. However it is indispensable the use of Ribo-Printer for the identifications of pathogen clones of this microorganism.
