摘要
The material of the analysis of variants of psychic (affective-behavioral) development of five boys aged 8-11 years is presented. The boys with socially dangerous aggression were urgently hospitalized in the scientific-practical centre of Mental health of children and adolescents named by G.E. Sukhareva. Observation with therapeutic influences on the key characteristics of emotions, behavior, symbolic activity, communication with a psychologist, their relatives, other children was carried out during joint psychological consultations of the child and his parents, and also in classes, in pairs and triplets of the children. Videography was conducted, protocols were drawn up and an analysis of the development of affective-behavioral complexes was carried out. Diagnostics of affective-behavioral development revealed persistent violations in the types of behavior associated with aggression. Based on them, wider affective-behavioral indicators of socially dangerous aggression are described. These indicators allow to diagnose the aggression's level indirectly, if it is masked. A growing experience of aggressive interactions in conditions of chronic emotional rejection, social exclusion, parental and school deprivation, physical and (in one case) sexual abuse in the family had been accumalated and it is seen as a crucial factor that damages the psychic development of the child from the inside. Aggression replaces missing attachment patterns, desyroys further the child's emotional ties with children and adults. The prevailing types of connections between people, which are reflected in presented drawings of children, evidence of chronic disorders of basic affective-behavioral complexes. Development proceeds abnormally. Possibilities for compensation by changing only the external social situation by the age of 11-12 years are limited. Several mechanisms for coping with one's own aggression that work together and in different directions, distorting development, are described: 1) launching aggression inward (autoaggression); 2) a return to more infantile forms of incomplete aggression, the reduction of affective load by ignoring the aggression's releazers; 3) the assimilation of the image of the adult's aggressor, its implementation; 4) social alienation, temporary freezing of aggression, transferring it to fantasy plan; 5) simplification of aggression, its use as an adaptive power form of social status regulation in a group of children. Variants of affective-behavioral development of young aggressors are highlighted: from damage or distortion to delay; deepening of distortion; from distortion to damage. Recommendations are given on the organization of psychological work with children with socially dangerous aggression.
