Evolutionary Game Analysis of Government Investing Behavior in Rural Infrastructure Construction Embedded Political Rationality

Based on evolutionary game, this paper analyzes evolution process of government investing behavior in rural infrastructure construction, and formulates replication dynamics equation of superior-subordinate governments choosing behavior for the construction projects of "achievement project" and "morale project" separately. The evolutionary stable strategy is analyzed and the replication dynamic phase graphs of the game group are obtained. The effect of main parameters on the choice of governments investing behavior is analyzed. The results indicate that by altering the revenue function, the goal of effective controlling the act of choice of the upper and lower governments for the rural infrastructure construction would be achieved.
