摘要：

Radiofrequency Catheter Ablation (RFCA) has become the first selection in the therapy of paroxysmal supraventricular tachycardia (PSVT) in adults. Since 1991, when Dick ((0,2)) reported the application of RFCA for treating PSVT in pediatrics, RFCA has been used widespreadly in the group of patients, and the method has perfected gradually. But it still remained to be discussed. This study analysed the results of 132 children with PSVT treated by RFCA to assess the safety and efficacy of RFCA in the treatment of PSVT in children.
