摘要
Property observance, side by side with the other fundamental rights and liberties, represents a principle with a general aspect, which finds protection in the European Convention of Human Rights dispositions. The property's protection, beeing not absolute, it was intended, that through the dispositions certificated in the Convention, to supervise that the property privation to be made only in certain conditions, therefore the European Contentious Court of Human Rights determined the content of the limits which could be imposed to the property right. The right to observe the property does not involved the imposing of certain limits in their holders' charge, which can take the form of a property privation or, sometimes, simple restrictions.
