DC conductivity for hexaferrites of the Zn2-xCuxBa1Fe16O27 system

摘要
The DC electrical resistivity (rho) and the real parr of dielectric constant (epsilon) was studied for Cu substituted Zn2W ferrite as a function of temperature and composition. The experimental results showed that DC resistivity, dielectric constant, Curie temperature and activation energies for electrical conduction increase as Cu-ion substitution increases. The DC electrical conductivity increases as temperature increases. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
